Stephen W. Turner (Steve Turner) – Trial Lawyer
I devote most of my time to my personal injury practice and motor vehicle accidents are about 99% of my caseload.
I earned my law degree at Osgood Hall Law School and was called to the bar in Ontario in 1980 and in British Columbia in 2003. I also hold a Master of Business Administration from the University of Toronto. In addition to legal training, I have an extensive Canadian and American background in management consulting, business teaching and training, entrepreneurial activity, finance and banking.
I am a member of the Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia, and the American Association of Justice (formerly the Association of Trial Lawyers of America). I have extensive trial experience, including civil jury trials.
Kelowna is the place that I call home and there are no plans to leave the best place on the planet.
Stacey Yeske – Legal Assistant
My family moved from Vancouver to the Okanagan in 1993 and I graduated from Immaculata Regional High School in 2005.
In 2009, I began working with Stephen Turner as a LAA practicum student. After my practicum, I was offered a position with Stephen Turner and have been working with Stephen Turner ever since. I am very grateful to work with Stephen who continues to show great confidence in me and who is so supportive in helping me grow and succeed in the legal industry.
When I am not working, I can be found enjoying time with my husband, daughters and friends. I enjoy soaking up the Okanagan sunshine on the beach, camping, fishing and hiking. I am still a “princess” at heart and have a love for shopping, shoes and sparkle! I enjoy making people laugh and smile and am happy to project that in everything I do.
Piper White -Legal Assistant
Born and raised in the Okanagan, I joined the Stephen Turner Law staff in January 2014, after completing my practicum and graduating from the Legal Administrative Assistant program at Okanagan College.
When I am not working at Stephen Turner Law, you can usually find me camping, hunting, fishing, or engaged in many of the other wonderful outdoor activities the Okanagan has to offer.
